"Bringing the services closer to the people", was highly emphasized by Health Secretary Janette P. Loreto-Garin in her speech during the People's Dialogue in Butuan City. Garin also emphasized the additional benefits and health packages to be given to the Brgy. Health Workers (BHWs).
Earlier before her appearance in the People's Dialogue at St. Josepth Institute of Technology, Health Secretary Garin took time to visit the regional office. She had breakfast with the Heads of attached agencies: PHIC and POPCOM.
