ISO 9001:2008 Stage 2 External Surveillance Audit

Floreat Salubritas Populi or the "Promotion of Health for the People" is the mainstream cause of DOH in affiliating with ISO 9001:2008 or the International Organization for Standardization for Quality Management Systems. 

DOH ROXIII Office- June 20-21, 2016, the auditors from Certification International Philippines, Incorporated (CIPI) namely: Mr. Renato David and Mr. Carlos Somera came to check the processes and systems of the office if it is within the standards.

In 2013, DOH was ISO certified having passed the 1st stage of external audit. This year, DOH is taking its efforts to a higher level of standardization with the hopes to pass the 2nd stage. 
The exit meeting held yesterday confirmed that the region has no NCs or Nonconformities although there are still rooms for improvement. 

RD Lacuna reiterated in his message, "that by determination, half of the work is already done."
