When external auditors audited the processes of DOH ROXIII last June 21, 2016, most of their recommendations were on monitoring the outcomes of the office processes.
Currently, DOH ROXIII is updating its processes to check for quality outcomes. Although activities and strategies are present and many in all health programs and management support units, monitoring and evaluation needs to be strengthened.
Last July 13, 2016, the staff of DOH Caraga were given templates and were oriented on how to check for quality outcomes by the staff of National Economic & Development Authority at Sunflower Bistro, Butuan City.
